Lowe's advertise price by foot on crown moldings and base boards. I had the crown molding cut to size, 34 inches but when i got to cashier they ask me to pay for the entire 96 inches board. Why even advertise per foot price if you are not even allow to purchase by foot. They should learn from home depot were you pay for what you need. Manager Dimitra does not care for its customers. She might as well giving me the finger on my way out they way she handle my issue. Never purchasing anything from Lowes again. I recommend purchasing lumber or moldings where you can pay for what you need. Not Lowes.

I had an item under warrenty and customer service would not accept it. workers all ignored me and basically lied the whole time. told me I needed a return number from the manufacturer, which I got and still said nothing they can do. manufacturer called the store, and was on tthe phone with me as well, and stated they were giving him the run around as well. finally after am hour they have me a refund, but the clerk was useless, she went over help other workers in the middle of my trandlsaction, then got a personal call and said it was from her daughter's school and went into the back a few minutes. all Nd all, a terrible experience, the only bright spot was the manufacturer kobalt who was on the phone with me the whole time until I was issued a refund. they all really need a lot of training in customer service because if it was my store, not one of them would be there. I will never go back to that store. it's a shame as these stores spend a lot to get customers, and employees don't care. I am not saying all the employees at this location are like that, but certainly the 5 at the customer service desk are. if this was a $5 item, I would not cattle that much, but this was a $500 lawn mower.oh well, next time I will go to another of their locations or there is always home depot!!!

I actually love this Lowe's. Employees are laid-back, returns are super easy, and the bathroom is right there up front at the checkout. Generous garden center with an equally ample spot to pull up and have those chill Lowe's associates load your car--don't have to worry about blocking a thruway like art some stores.

I had a delivery scheduled for today and the delivery person calls me from the store to tell me that they don't have my purchase in stock. I will never buy at lowes again. Home depot is much better.

This location is at a prime location and has all household and construction materials. It is very well kept and the service was good with short lines at the register. As compared to Home Depot, Lowes is cleaner and more organized...and smells better too.
