I have had the worst experience with buying a mattress from your company. First I get a call that the mattress I bought wasn’t in the best condition but they found another one at a different warehouse and would be delivered today 2/27. Today, they couldn’t find the order and it was showing no show in the system which it was rescheduled not no show. I get confirmation it was coming today and it was the wrong mattress and not even the one I bought. The person I spoke to Arthur stated that if it was too firm he would get it fixed to the actual one I ordered. When delivery came tonight it was a KING sized bed and I ordered a queen. The delivery guys were going to leave it which was pointless because I would have ended up sleeping on my couch because I couldn’t sleep on a bed with no sheets. What is really irritating is that there is no way to complain higher than the local store. I will never buy a mattress from here again and will not recommend you to anyone!!!!!!!!

Taiwan was amazing!! We were in the market for a new mattress but we wanted to price check before making a commitment. He dropped the price so low we had no choice!! We don’t have the actual bed yet but rest assured we will be happy with it. Taiwan guaranteed the product and we are excited!! Check this Mattress Firm!! Ask for Taiwan!

Walked in and was instantly greeted, by Raphael , he offered to show me around some mattresses based around my budget. The mattresses he shown me I wasn’t really interested , looked around alil more to find the right firmness and Margery brought to my attention a great mattress and was able to find me a good price that I can finance . I was kinda iffy but she gave me plenty of discounts to keep me interested . Great customer service and I will recommend mattress firm to friends and family

The staff was amazing. They were very professional. Very knowledgeable about all the selections they offered. I would definitely use this company again when I need another mattress. Marjorie was very professional and treated us like family. Thanks again for all your help. God Bless
