My refrigerator died on a Saturday evening. Aaaah!!! I looked on line at Lowe's inventory. Found a nice refrigerator with all of the specs and features my family needed and wanted. However, that model couldn't be delivered until a week later! No good, so I drove to the store. I met Rick--sales associate in the appliances department. He was busy with another customer, but GREETED ME AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS A CUSTOMER. He politely gave me updates of how soon he could help me so I didn't feel forgotten. When it was my turn, Rick and his supervisor (3-24-18) were courteous, professional, and efficient. Time ticked away, but I found a better model than the one I found online. It was in stock, in the color I wanted AND it was 34% off. I saved $200 there. I needed to apply for a Lowe's card and Rick's manager helped there. Again, efficient, courteous, and professional! I also received a 10% discount for the new Lowe's card AND was able to get delivery THE NEXT DAY. Sunday, I received a call with the time range of delivery--just a 2 hour window. Tito and Randy arrived on time, hauled away the old clunker, set up the new fridge, the ice maker, and the water filtration system! Before leaving, Tito tested EVERYTHING to be sure it was operating properly. Tito made sure the carpet wasn't soiled and that the walls weren't scratched. Top notch service. Now, I can cook dinner and properly store the leftovers. Also, kuddos to the associate who helped me find the ice maker. I love my neighborhood Lowe's.

This store is terrible at customer service , every time I go in the store I seem to be followed and harassed by one of the service managers. His name is Matt, he gets uncomfortably close and really invades my personal space, to the extent I have told my husband I don't want to go to the store alone. I asked for a manager to voice my concerns about it and the manager took over 30 minutes to show up. I will never go back to this store as I don't feel safe, and I would recommend any women who talk to this manager have another employee or someone with you as he is not afraid to stare at you in a demeaning and gross way or get so close you feel you have to back away.

I had a return today and even after a bad encounter with a representative in the parking lot ,where he totally ignored my increasingly loud pleas for assistance with a heavy generator for lifting from my car into a cart. I decided to go inside, after he looked at me out of the corner of his sunglasses and still kept walking, to ask for assistance. Melissa M was very pleasant and willing to assist after she also tried to get help from same guy outside. She reassured me that generator would be at customer service station while l parked my car. I was waiting in line when she ushered me over for immediate help with my return. I couldn't be more pleased with the absolute turn around of service. Thanks for your truly awesome service, Melissa. I'm definitely looking for you next time I shop at Lowe's.

Great garden section and a friendly and helpful crew loads up your truck when you need bulk mulch orders loaded. Love/hate that it is 10 minutes away. Also, thanks for honoring Vets, we appreciate your appreciation.

Terrible customer service . When you ask for help one of the ladies told me to go wait by the appliances and nobody shows up. Then went to a different lady for help and this one tried to sent me away to the paint shop to seek assistance despite the fact that i wanted help with garage shelving which is a totally different area.........totally useless
