This review and rating is only for Laura in the cabinets department. I had sworn off this store completely until my wife coaxed me back in to see new kitchen cabinets. Thankfully we worked with Laura - who was amazing. If I needed something I would bypass everyone else and head to Laura. Some of the cabinets we ordered arrived broken and she went above and beyond to locate replacements for us THE SAME DAY - she even inspected them and had them waiting at the front for me. Because of Laura I may go back to look at tile but I agree with the other reviews posted here - the rest of the staff at this location should take a customer service course from Laura - she is great!

For the first time as a newly divorced woman living alone I had to buy some hardware things. I thought it was going to be difficult to find things and it was going to take forever to get everything I needed. Well, it turned out to be a pleasant experience I found everything I needed quickly. The store was well organized and the shelves were well stocked and the isles were well labeled. Now lets hope my projects go just as easily. 😜

I hope that management knows you have great employees. However I do want to point out a shining star that helped me today. His name is Edgar. I was walking around on my phone talking to my father trying to figure out where things were inside of your store. Edgar see me struggling, passed by and I asked him for help and he was more than willing to help. He went out of his way dropped everything that he was doing to help me grab everything that I needed for my crazy DIY projects. He also helped take my supplies out to my car and make sure it fit. He made my experience one that I will never forget and instead of shopping at any of your competitors I will definitely be stopping by at Lowe's from now on. Thank you Edgar for everything you did today I hope your day is a great one.

It’s rare that I encounter a staff that underperforms at Lowe’s. This location has the worst level of customer service. Bought a dishwasher at the cs desk and was told I could pick it up later that day. Returned the following day and it wasn’t ready. No one could tell me why. I received a call from Michelle csa, who happens to be the only person who cared about my satisfaction. She said the truck was being unloaded and I could come in an hour to pick up. Returned after 45 min and the truck was still unloading- no dishwasher. For my trouble, Michelle and Mgr gave me 5% refund. With the promise that the appliance mgr would tag and deliver my washer to the pickup desk, I returned the following morning with confidence that the unit would be sitting on a cart at the desk- it wasn’t. The cs rep called the appliance dept several times for a status update and was told they are still looking for it. Finally, after 20 min, an associate brought the unit to the desk. No name tag, no paperwork attached. Very disappointed. Would rather pay full price online and have delivered to spare the aggravation of driving in traffic 4 times.

Each time I visit this store, it is clean, tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Yesterday, the man at the paint counter, I think his name is David, helped us out quite a bit. He quickly and cheerfully led us to the items on the aisle and answered all our questions. Today we had to return one item and the staff was quick and friendly. Great job!
