Love this store. Associates are always down to earth and friendly. I do have to agree with other reviewers about the pharmacy itself... no one in the pharmacy smiles EVER! Only amongst themselves... but when it comes to customers everyone is very condescending, and will answer your questions incorrectly without debate.

We are becoming increasingly concerned about using this pharmacy. If you go inside the wait is long, even if there are not a lot of people in line. When you call to refill a prescription there is always an issue that delays refilling it. When you call, it is a fiasco because they send everything to a call center and then have to connect you to the local pharmacy because they can never answer your question. Half the time I get disconnected or sent to a phone that just rings and rings. NOW IT APPEARS THEY HAVE GIVEN A PRESCRIPTION TO THE WRONG PERSON as when we asked about delivery they said someone had already picked it up (not). We will be watching every single prescription to make sure it is what it is supposed to be. Unfortunately, this is where our family member has her insurance so I don't think we have much choice. The company needs to do something about this place. We did not have these problems when we used the Walgreens on South Village in Carrollwood but they don't service the facility where we need delivery.

I loved coming to the pharmacy because of the friendly people. The people had good knowledge and helped with understanding prices for medications. I wont come back here after spending twenty minutes of my time to have no help. Ill find a better pharmacy to help my needs in advance.

It's always easy to find what I'm looking for and they have a good rewards program. Pretty decent prices for a convenience store and nice staff.

The store is okay. The pharmacy is a bit slow and seems understaffed because they don't have enough people running it. The drive thru for it gets backed up and which leaves many people upset and angry if it takes along time. So hopefully this Walgreens resolves the issues they have with it to make it better.
