This is the best place for your lumber needs. Their lumber is far superior over the big box stores along with a totally better selection of  different kinds of lumber. Their door department is the best in the area.  On the average their prices are better or at least competitive with the big box stores. Plus it is locally owned

I must admit that my first visit there was not good; I didnt have a list and I was aimlessly walking around trying to get prices of materials. That is not a good idea because most items are not labelled or tagged. The store layout was totally unfamilar to me and was the opposite to the big chain store.
      Subsequent visits to LLT were real good; I had an idea of what materials I wanted and one of the employees worked with me to fill my order. The prices of the lumber I needed were cheaper than the other stores and the checkout reminded me of the old days with their carbon copy hand written receipts. The fork lift guys in the yard were good and helpful.
I would definitely continue to go there, although making the store 8am to 5pm hour is challenging for me.
