Proactive new lawnmower service from "Ranger". His real first name BTW ... and yes he was named after the famous "Lone Ranger", 1950's Western Cowboy Star, popular both on movies and B&W TV. There was a little bump in receiving my Vet discount, but that was quickly solved by the good ladies in customer service. So I am going to give a 9 out of 10 score ... with no fault directly with breathing humans. Happy Trails!

This store is getting worse each time I'm going there. This was the last time for sure. The person at sliding doors area had not much willingness to help, I could easily tell he just doesn't wan't to be bothered. Then I brought this to the manager's (Ryan)attention and he was talking to me keeping his hands in his pocket the whole time. It seems like they just really don't care. There are always Home Depot and ACE to consider, so I just don't get the lack of customer service.

I purchased a washer and dryer and was told that I will be delivered on the 27th. I advised customer service that the afternoon is good for delivery since I'm moving. I recieved a phone call at 930 which I missed I immediately called back in 4 mins and proceeded to call 7 times and noone picked up. I got to my new location 12:15 and there was a note saying they came at 930. I am now inconvenient and the manager told me another day is fine for delivery because hes completely booked for the day.

We recently had a new storm door fitted and needed extra keys. Went to this Lowe's and got 15 minutes of huffing & puffing, sucking of air through teeth, head scratching, drawer pulling out, & keys examined to be told "jeez, that's a very special key". We can't match that". My comment was that it's a standard Emco door so why would that be a special key was met with a look of disdain that would have done my Mother in Law proud. Went 1/2 mile up the road to Walmart in Oldsmar. 4 keys cut in 5 minutes $1.99 each . No issues whatsoever. Don't think I'll be back.
