Horrible customer service. Drove 15 miles, showed up one minute after supposedly closing and they wouldn't let me in to buy one thing that I needed to get.. What store closes at 8pm in the middle of the holiday season anyway?? These employees must be miserable working there if they act like a bunch of clock pushing losers. Went across to Home Depot who was open, and bought it there instead.. Merry Christmas jag-offs!

Not going to lie I was upset because I bought a steam cleaner and its literally missing half of the parts lol. I try to be as honest as possible these days and Im glad the store manager believes me. They told me to bring it back with the receipt and that made me happy. God bless that store manager he has a hard job.

Call to see if item is in stock. It's put up front for me to pick up. Drive 15 miles. Price is more than website. Find out at home that it is the wrong item. That's why price is higher. Return same day to exchange for correct item. Refund for the first item and charge for the correct item. Later I look at the receipt and figure they should have refunded me 4.00 more than they did. My fault for trusting them!
