Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of tools and hardware

Like others said, staff doesn't know what they are selling. Bought two Honda Generators during hurricane Irma. My intent was to run two in parallel. I discussed my intentions with the store clerk. Was advised as to what I needed and purchased the generators, but they were out of the parallel connection cables. Upon doing research for the parallel cable, I understand that I really need a "companion" generator which is also sold at Northern Tool for a higher price. Store policy during hurricanes is no returns. I understand that, but do not want to return. I want to exchange for a higher priced product to accomplish what I discussed with the clerk. Manager said to sell it on-line. Really? Your staff advised me what to buy, now you won't let me get what I really need. Way to take advantage of people during a disaster.

Pissed. I called ahead and gave the folks the specific part number I needed. I was told "yes, we have two of them. We'll pull them and hold them for you." I gave them my name and phone number and drove 45 minutes to pick up my items. However, when I got here they not only did they not pull them, they could not find the two they had. 50 miles and 2 hours wasted. I would have been better off buying in Amazon and having it delivered next day. Will never come here again and recommend you don't either.

Some good products at a decent price. But it's best to know what you're looking for before you walk in the door. They were willing to honor the online price when product was more expensive in store.

Great friendly service most of the time. Prices are fair. I think that the people only gave bad reviews were probably trying to get away with getting a lower price. Honestly I would suggest anyone shop here
