I'm a sucker for any store that has tools. I could literally spend all day in one. Lowers had a large selection of anything you could possibly need. The one thing I've found, is that better Lowe's, and home Depot, the prices will vary back and forth. Meaning that one item might be cheaper at one, and another at the other, but that's pretty much the way everywhere is. I went in early this time 6:30ish, and not one associate said anything to me. I was on my own. Every the lady at the self check didn't say anything after I said"have a good day"! She just needed her head. Disappointing! That's the only reason I couldn't give them a 5 star rating. You would think that they would be more helpful, or at least more sociable.

**AVOID THIS STORE** Waste of time! Probably systematic of Lowes in general. 0. Restocking is general terrible. So many useful items out of stock ALL THE TIME. 1. They frequently have things marked as "in stock" *online*, but there are NONE in the store. So you waste your time visiting thinking you're about to pick something up 2. Place an online pick-up order with everything marked as available. Pick-up order not ready even 1 day later. Come on.. I just ordered a paint roller and ladder. 3. We ordered appliances (washer/drier and more recently freezer), both times we kept on getting emails several saying it was "out-for-delivery", but on that day NOTHING came. We took time of work to receive the items but they did not come. Digging further and having to learn about their ordering process (which I should not have to do) I find out that they haven't even ordered it from the supplier, which meant NOTHING was being done. Yet that didn't stop them telling me the appliances were coming, several times. In the end, the washer/drier came over 1 MONTH LATE, the freezer has still not turned up.

Associate named Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me figure out how to take care of a kitchen remodelling job. I hope they don't replace him with the robot version of him I saw them programming in the next aisle over.

easy to return items. friendly staffs on customer service when returning​ items. easy and abundant parking. nice garden department.
