this is the worst customer service that i’ve encountered. i went on this shop and check the tires that i see on craigslist and decided to pay thier used tires. and the guy told me he’s gonna ask somebody about the tires that im looking for. and i sit on the chair and when he came back he was so angry and rude saying that why im sitting and it’s not my place. i didn’t get the name of the person that i spoke with but sorry to say to the owner of this shop that you have a worst customer service.

Firestone wanted me to drop the car off an pick it up the next day. For a ten minute flat repair ! Matt got it done super fast, polite, and got me down the road. Happy to write a good review an recommend to anyone looking for good service.

I've had a set of tires from Tire Rack smoothly installed here before, so I decided to come back to replace my front brakes and do a brake fluid flush. After comparing prices with a few other places, The Shop had the best one by a good margin. 

I brought in my own rotors and pads, and they were done installing and bedding the brakes within 2 hours. Everything went fine, and I was charged the price we discussed before. I would have no issue bringing my car back here for service. 

For the brake fluid flush, one thing I noticed was that they listed ATE brake fluid in the parts list with no real mark up (I'm guessing it's ATE Type 200). Not only was the price reasonable, but ATE is also a very popular and reputable German brake fluid. You know the Germans always make good stuff.
