Worst store EVER!!! They WANT to be mean. Who would WANT to work in store like that? You walk in, the workers are not busy but won't look at you. You have to call them to help you and STILL they are beligerent, hostile, slow, give silent treatment, don't listen. They rely on security guard to be as mean as they want. If you protest they tell you to leave. AWFUL!!! GO TO HELL ALL OF YOU WHO "WORK" HERE

Wow surprised it is a corporate store. It is as bad or worse as authorized retailers. Very rude people. All of them should be in mental institutions. They are like the antifa types that thrive on negativity. Really dumb way to try to get power. So inefficient. Please stupid people quit having kids!

They ignored us when we walked in, even after we asked if someone could help us they acted like we were bothering them! The lady that helped us get a phone told us the one we wanted they didn't have so I asked another lady name Ester to help us and she was so nice and helpful! She even gave us the phone the other lady said they didn't have! Ester is the reason I'm giving them two stars otherwise it would only be one because the customer service in that store was horrible!

If I could it be NO STARS. They lack everything especially customer service skills. They're rude. They hide in the back people just so they don't get yelled at. I've gave them a few unnecessary chances. Last two were beyond horrible, I have a ZTE Xmax pro phone and it was faulty the "store manager" and another employee established this and ordered me a new phone. Over a week later I never got a call that my phone came in until I called myself, few days later I went in sat around for over half an hour and was told they weren't gonna switch out my phone because the so called manager failed to read an email on how to fix it and when I told them I had a phone that was ordered and is here and they need to switch it out because none of thats my fault. I got laughed at until I left the store. Second time they didn't want to accept my money for the phone bill and was told to come back later um no I'm gonna go to another store and pay my phone bill. No professional customer service. The girls wait around nose in the air for guys to come in so they can assist them regardless of who's in line. Unnecessary waiting around because no one wants to do their job.

They were amazing. I've been a long time customer paying insurance every month only to get a refurbished phone from Assurion. Metro came through and got me a brand new one!
