Worst Sprint Store experience EVER! VERY unprofessional. We went into the store, which was empty and the girl working acted as if she couldn't be bothered. She was messing with her own phone while we were trying to talk to her and had a blatant "I don't care" attitude. We were in the same store the evening before and they weren't able to help, at one point while contacting customer care the two girls started talking about their personal snapchat account. The girl helping us needed help and another employee didn't want to assist her in helping us, again the store was empty!! Go somewhere else!! The customer service here SUCKS!!!!!

They offered the worst customer service ever. Walked in with my cousin and the two employees totally ignored us, another customer came in after us and the same thing happened. We all left after waiting for like 10mins. My cousin and I went across the street to the Sprint store by Best Buys. The man there greeted us as we entered, took our names down and told us how long the wait would be. This is the customer service Im used to at Sprint stores.

They don't even worth one star. I went there to activate my new pixel phone. Since they didn't had sim card in store they send me to the Best Buy (they didn't told me they ran out of cards, they told me u NEED to get one from BestBuy). So I went to the store and figure out that BestBuy don't sell sprint cards. So I went back to the sprint store then they told me to get one from another sprint store which was about 4 miles away. So I order card from Amazon and did the activation myself online.
