Had a long wait, but staff was great! Being Labor Day there were many serious shoppers, so all registers were busy. 2 of the 6 registers were down, thus the long wait. Once a register was free, I was waited on by Yvette & was out of there quickly. She's a gem & knows the appliances very well. Good experience except for the wait!

I was trying to look at the rings and the woman didn't let me try them on . I asked various times if I can try on the ring and she kept putting it back in the show case. I have worked for jewelry companies that are far more expensive than sears jewelry, and I just could not believe how rude this was. As a customer I felt so offended by this because when I am looking at jewelry I expect to try it on. She kept guiding me to the cheapest jewelry and I was very confused . Worst customer service I have had .

Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else if you don't want to hedge to wait in line for hours...
