I have been shopping at this lowes for at least 10 years. During that time the staff has changed but the service has stayed consistent. I have the occasional visit when I ask a question and the employee can't answer, but that is not the norm. I have shopped at other Loses and they do not offer the same pleasurable experiences. I went to pick up filters for my HVAC system. I have shopped at Lowe's exclusively for years. Customer service is great - the manager @ the 9490 W Broad store actually came to my house himself to look at a stove that wouldn't turn on same day of delivery. I think that was awesome, and he pretty much cinched all my business for his branch store!

2 days in a row, awful customer service and RUDE employees. Yesterday, went to pick up an online order, and my husband didn't realize he should have gone to customer service instead of the paint kiosk (we ordered paint). The guy there was rude, condescending and instead of paging someone or sending him to the right place, he said "i have no idea what you're talking about" and didn't help. Today, he goes to get more of the paint we ran out of, gave a different employee the item number, actual online order, we placed, picture and description of the product. Literally everything they should need to get him the exact same product, and instead they just said they didn't know, and he "needed to just find the same one he bought online". He came home empty handed, to get the actual can from the yard covered in paint, so he can find it himself and go back. I get it, it sucks to work retail. I did it for 10 years. These people need to get the hell over it and at least attempt to give a damn. Waited 10 minutes on hold to talk to a manager so I'm trying again tomorrow. Will drive the extra 10 minutes to Short Pump location next time.

Great service! If you are at the downtown location, don't waste your time. Head west on Broad St. to this location. It's worth the 15 minute detour.

I went to Lowe's today upon arriving at the register I realized I did not have my Lowe's Credit Card which entitles me to a 5% discount on all or most purchases. Anna (and Sasha) worked very diligently and patiently to find my card number. She even waited while I called my husband to make sure my name was on the account! Exceptional customer service. Good job Lowe's.
