I loved working for Luisa Graff Jewelers! Before I was hired I worked at Kay Jewelers, the huge difference between the two companies is that at Luisa Graff Jewelers you form a family and you will never expierence gossip. The quality of their jewelry compared to any chain store is so beyond amazing but most importantly they share knowledge and you will never feel lied too or pressured to purchase. Luisa is a brilliant woman who has so much to offer to her employees. The management is fantastic here as well! I have met some really amazing people working here and created friendships I will carry with me for a very long time. When it comes time to purchase engagement rings I fully intend on taking a trip back to Colorado Springs! The quality and service you will get at Luisa Graff Jewelers is once in a life time.

My wife and I have been loyal customers since we moved to Colorado 12 years ago. We have always been impressed with the knowledge and kindness of Luisa's staff in purchasing our jewelry. We recently worked with Gloria Aragon to help our son purchase an engagement ring. Gloria was outstanding to work with as she explained all the different cuts and qualities found in diamonds. The choice is beautiful. We openly and honestly recommend Gloria and Luisa Graff Jewelers as THE place to buy your jewelry.

Danielle is an amazing young woman! We went into the store unsure of what we wanted to do. She spent an extended amount of time guiding us through the cases of rings. In the end, we decided to wait on our purchase due to two of our children getting married this summer. She was able to keep a record of what I like so that we can go back to purchase later! She didn't pressure us or make us feel bad about our decision. The ring I found is amazing, and we plan to go back to purchase it later this year! What amazing service!

Hannah was superb! After 14 years of marriage she made me feel butterflies at the sight of my ring! She made a couple recommendations which included a 4-prong setting and now all three diamonds are the star of the show. The luster in my white gold is fabulous and I honestly feel like a blushing bride all over again. Her thoughtfulness to detail made my ring look more expensive and dazzled like new. I can't thank you enough. You've earned a lifelong customer. And BTW - the price was just right, too. ;-) Thank you so much

As a man who doesn't know anything about ring shopping, all I wanted to do was to surprise my fiancee with something extremely nice that she wouldn't want to take back to the ring shop immediately after I bought it. Nothing against the ladies that work there, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I was terrified before walking in thinking they were gonna eat me alive! Fortunately for me, I was luckily enough to have Matt to sympathize with all my stereotypical male questions. The service I received was top notch, and as a first and hopefully last time buyer, I couldn't be more pleased! Long story short, I bought the ring for a great price and the soon to be wife LOVES it!
