Terrible service, terrible return policy, total monopoly on some school campuses. One of the worker claimed that some low quality iolite is worth just as much as their diamond and charged me the same price as a diamond. I also asked them if I they can provide me with a certificate authenticity, but they refused. Pretty suspicious of their products.

Yes, they take for ever to send you your items. The jewelry is very expensive for a very low quality. I ordered a ring and there was many scratches on it, it was chipped, and the writing that was on it was not visible. I really thought it was going to be a beautiful ring, but it was just low quality and very expensive for it.

While I haven't yet ordered mine, I must say that their website is beautifully designed and intuitive. Their presenter at my school was extremely impressive, like an old-time-y businessman but in a modern sense. 

I hope their apparel is as nice as the rest of it.

IF YOU CAN HELP IT DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!! NEGATIVE STARS
My experience with jostens has been absolutely ridiculous took them 5 months just to get my order right after supposedly having it right after each phone call. Not only that but finally after the 5 months of delegating and explaining the same thing over and over we finally just changed our order completely and paid everything off besides my ring, or so we thought ! Went to go pick up my graduation stuff from the school (took the day off work) and was told we didnt have everything paid off and I couldn't even get my graduation tickets. Come to find out jostens had screwed up yet again and not only were we were paid off but I should've been able to pick everything up at the school yet I wasted the whole day for nothing. Not only all this but jostens also tried to say we never paid the $80 deposit only after sending photo evidence of a receipt I got did they remove the charge as the money went completely missing. Also Everytime we called to make a payment the amount we owed was different even if no payment had been made, also between everyone we talked to no one knew about the spirit package the school offered which included a free tankard, that we ended up paying for when we gave up and changed my order. Also, that class ring you're about to pay $400 for ? Simulated stones! I could get a real sterling silver ring with real birthstones (multiple!) For under half at zales, and this isn't the only over priced item. Very disappointed that jostens made my graduation such a stressful event, and such a pain I will be recommending to all friends graduating in the future to avoid any purchase from jostens and just borrow the cap and gown from the school
