The beer nuggets are second to NONE! (That's right, I said it!) Their customer service and speed leave a quite a bit to be desired, however... Our last visit, we called ahead because we knew they took forever and were told it'd be 20-30 minutes for a large order of beer nuggets. We were already en route, so we got there approximately 5 minutes after we called. The woman at the counter was shocked by our given time estimate and she had them done in 5 minutes. Moral of the story: avoid delivery or phoning in your order and order at the counter.

Visiting family from out of town and wanted a gyro. I read all the reviews but tried them despite what was said. Glad I did! The girl who answered the phone was super sweet as was the delivery driver. Food was delivered fast and still hot. Was an all around phenomenal experience.

Fairly impressive food for a run down location. Beer nuggets are really just fried dough, but they're good fried dough! Inside seating is small and generally felt unsanitary, but it's a college town - so I guess you get what you pay for.

Menu has hand crossed out items. The DeKalb specialty of beer nuggets just taste fried. They lack any real flavor except of grease. This used to be a must stop and a staple for anyone living on green row. I hope they can return to former quality and taste.

I love this place. My family and I visit atleast twice a month. Of course for beer nuggets but the other food is great too and reasonably priced. I go to NIU out here and this is a must try for students.
