Don't waste your money! Terrible service,  and the food is cold and not quite what you ordered. Do yourself a favor and skip trying this place,  were have them several chances and they never got any better.

Came in today, only 3 people working and the dining room was over 80 degrees. After waiting a a 29 minute line made up of only 5 people I was informed they had ran out of chicken, and only had a couple of tenders and sides available... Thanks for nothing. I went elsewhere and won't be returning

Horrible experience.  The coupon was miss leading, and the person taking my order was rude when they were explaing it to me.  I was cut off two times while talking. I had a customer cut in front of me because they were having issues with by their order.  I left and I will never go back to the dekalb location again. By the way this was only my 2nd time and the 1st wasn't a great experience the 1st time.

Piss poor service all of the employees should be fired. It took almost 25 mins for 2 chicken por boys when there wasn't anyone else in line at noon on a Thursday. And that was after being told to hold on for 5 minutes at the speaker with no cars in front of me. Don't waste your time. I don't even wanna eat the food now because of the level of incompetence just taking the order. I can only imagine how poorly they cook it......
