As of late, this place has gotten a lot better with service. The staff friendly, and they definitely serve quality food that is perfect for a broke college student. Food here is prepared quickly, is reasonably priced, and tastes really good. During weekdays for lunch, they offer buffet style food for super cheap; so if you're looking for something inexpensive and quick panda house is a no brainer. I think the only menu item that can be improved is their egg roll, which just never seems to have a good flavor... But that could just be a matter of opinion.
 If you are a fan of spicy food, you cannot go wrong by ordering their Mongolian beef extra spicy. Their orange chicken is also really good, and I prepare spicy style but that is just preference. I am not sure if there is a difference between duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce, but their duck sauce is also extremely good. It is the perfect way to add flavor to any of their dishes. 
They also have a few vegetarian options so if you're looking to avoid meat but you're craving Chinese food this might also be a great place to consider.

I'm done with this place! Last night I ordered a Chef's Special and added two other meats to it and I had no problem with them adding $3, still very cheap. Once I start taking bites of the food and picking through it I notice there weren't either of the two additional meats I ordered. After being on the phone with them for seventeen minutes explaining the situation, they were persistent on only giving me a $3 credit... the refused to give me the meats I ordered on the side so I could add them myself, "the chef is insisting they put them in there" is what I kept being told. Then they had the nerve to ask if I ate some of it and further demanded I bring the dish back to the restaurant so they could look through it! Once I got back to the restaurant the chef brought out a piece of crab meat that looked nothing like what they found in my dish after picking through it on their counter, "there are small pieces in there" was another excuse I got. I am absolutely disgusted that; that they wanted me to bring the dish back, picked through it and said they could only give me a $3 credit of $15.35 - all of these accounts absolutely detour me from ever being another customer there again.

They suck!  I ordered three different items and when delivered shrimp fried rice was missing and was given sweet and sour chicken instead of beef with broccoli.  Called them back and they brought the beef with broccoli but not the shrimp fried rice.  Thoroughly disgusted with this place.  Now I know why I don't order from there very often

Favorite Chinese food in the dekalb-sycamore area. The steamed dumplings are AMAZING, as well as the general tso chicken, orange chicken, and the mogolian beef. Can't get Chinese food this good at any other place in the area
