Elyse was phenomenal!! By far the best experience I've had. It was such an easy process and she really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with what I wanted. She didn't pressure me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Not only Elyse was great but everyone else at the dealership was very kind and welcoming therefore making me confident in my purchase.

Just wanted to say Ryan Flanagan was amazing to work with. He really destroys the negative stereotype some car salesman have. It’s a big purchase and I was nervous before I came in and met him. He was so amazing to work with, answered all of my questions, didn’t make me feel pressured, and had a great sense of humor. It was honestly the perfect buying experience. I will 100% be back to purchase my next vehicle from him and I’ll also be sending all of my friends and family in to see him as well. It’s such a great feeling knowing “you have a guy” when anyone asks you about advice on buying a car. And “my guy”, being Ryan, I feel 100% comfortable sending in all of my family and friends to him. Because if he takes care of them half as well as he took care of me then I know they’ll be in good hands!

Sales person was very well informed and educated on vehicle’s features. Have not had all my questions answered in other dealers like they were at Lumberton Honda. They try to work with you and genuinely help you out! Def do recommend and def would come back

At 54 I've bought a lot of new cars and dealt with a lot of dealerships across the country...Lumberton Honda wins! Dealt with Tonia Hunt and Tyrone Davis over the phone to set up the deal on my new Civic; absolute professionals from start to finish. Returned my calls and texts quickly, found me exactly what I wanted. Arriving at the dealership started the pleasant experience with friendly faces at the door. I didn't expect the cold weather so they even loaned me a jacket! Tyrone was extremely knowledgeable about the car, answered all my questions. I received a very fair trade-in amount and an excellent price on the new car. Matt Haggins finished off the positive experience having me in and out of contract & financing in record time. Couldn't be happier with the car and the dealership!

Eric was our salesperson and he was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time going over all the features and answering our questions.  He was very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. He even allowed us to bring dinner in since it was getting late and we had not eaten. Alisha, sales manager, was also a pleasured  to deal with and between the two of them, we ended up driving a brand new Honda Pilot Touring 2017 off the lot. We will continue to deal with Lumberton Honda!
