This is the only place I will buy vehicles from now on. They go above and beyond to get you what you want. This level of care and devotion doesn't stop once you drive off the lot either. Their service department is top notch as well. My wife actually enjoys taking her vehicle in for oil changes and services because of just how caring they are. Nowhere else have I purchased a car and actually felt like I got too good of a deal. The only gripe I have is that they do not carry many 370zs, but that is the case at every Nissan dealer I've gone to, and Capital Nissan has expressed they would keep an eye out for the car I am looking for. I have no doubts that they will find it and make me even happier than I am with them now. Check them out if you're in the market for a new or used car. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service.  The Service Manager, Cheryl, is the best. She does what she commits to doing, and communicates very well. My direct follow person, Tom, was very knowledgeable and responsive. 
I have owned 5 Maximas. Capital Nissan’s Service Dept is the best of any Nissan dealer that I have used - “They get it”

Capital Nissan service department was great!! They were prepared for my arrival and quickly greeted me. Rachel explained my maintenance program and let me know when my vehicle would be finished. When I returned my vehicle was ready looked great (even though it was a routine service , Rachel let me know that they would wash my car as well!!) Thanks for a great customer service experience !

I went to the dealership just to look at SUVs. I didn't plan on buying a vehicle that day. Jesse was my salesman, and from the beginning he was sweet, patient, and kind. I had told him I wanted an SUV, not too big, but not too small, and great on gas. Looking and pricing different Nissan Rogues, I couldn't find one to fit my price range. Jesse was actually able to place me in a brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue and IN my price range! Jesse took me on a tour of the dealership and I met everyone I needed to, and I couldn't feel more any more welcome than I did. Brian, in the service dept, was awesome and laid back. He was cracking jokes with me and made the environment feel even greater. I asked David if I could possibly have a balloon because my daughter wanted one, and he didn't hesitate to blow one up for me to give to her. AMAZING service, AMAZING people, AMAZING dealership. I will forever recommend this dealership to everyone I know! I love my new car, and I love where I got it from.

Incredible service! Rachel walked me through everything from the beginning. She answered any questions I had and helped me to find money saving ways to keep my car up to date on all maintenance. Once they took my car back she kept me updated on where it was and what they were doing to give me an idea of how much longer I’d be waiting. She even set me up with a member of the sales team to talk about trading my current car for a (new to me) preowned vehicle! Though I didn’t end up trading today it was still great that she listened to me even though I was just casually mentioning that I may want to trade soon. Highly recommend!
