We bought a 2013 base model Tacoma Prerunner from these guys.  We had to haggle the truck down to a reasonable price (which was still a bit high), where the dealer ended up accepting the offer accepted on account of my veteran status.  The guy who did our financing was sharp, and got us what I believe to be a good rate (3.5%) in very little time.   While negotiating, I asked where the FOB for the truck was. They said they didn't have it, but it's easy to get another one made.  I get home and start calling around, only to find out you can't use a FOB with a base model, as the ECU isn't designed for it.  On top of that, the truck was missing the spare tire tool.  Had I got a flat on the way back, I would have been stuck.  They probably aren't even aware of this, because I just don't have the time to go back and forth with them over these items (nor to drive all the way from Cary to Sanford).  To be honest, if it weren't so time-consuming, I would probably return the truck.  The only reason this is getting a 3 is because they were generally nice people, and their financing guy (can't remember his name) was really on top of it.  I won't be going back there again, though.  If you go, you'd better check on the things I mentioned in this post.

I was on the website and seen a car that I was interested in. So I called the dealership to get more information. Christy answered all my questions and also spoke with Devin about negotiating the price. Everyone gave me great customer service. I will do all my future purchases with this dealership.

Really enjoyed the purchasing process. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and explained everything to where I could understand. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the huge selection of trucks this dealership has. I have been looking for a truck for many months. I was on the website, and saw one that caught my eye! I called and talked to Christy about this truck and she gave me all in info I needed and walked me through the steps to submit my credit app online. She called me back to let me know I was approved and the manager Devin worked with me on the price. I would really recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go and check out JT Automart! You will not be disappointed!
