Excellent service experience. Friendly professional staff. Quick and efficient check-in (actually the quickest I have ever experienced at any dealership). I was kept informed of status of vehicle service from start to end and service was completed in a timely manner (I noticed that everyone waiting for their vehicle to be serviced was also being kept informed of the service status). Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I definitely will use Jeff Gordon Chevy for all my vehicle service needs.

We had the best experience at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington, NC. Our salesman, Ken Dilks, was so professional and helpful. He found the exact car we were looking for with less mileage and a warranty. I have already told all of my co-workers, family and friends about the great job he did and to definitely call him when they are ready to buy a new or used car! He did all of the leg work ahead of time and the whole process literally took less than 2 hours. The finance manager was nice to work with also. I was so amazed by the professional service and courtesy  by everyone we came in contact with! I will always go to see Ken at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet for all our automobile needs! I am a fan for life!

Bought my new Equinox about a week ago and I've been so pleased by the whole experience. Ken in Sales truly took care of me, he took time to understand the situation I was in and helped make sure I got into something I could afford and enjoy being in for years to come. My family and I are very appreciative of everyone who helped seal the deal.  Everyone at Jeff Gordon Chevy is a big help and I'll definitely be taking my business there for a long long time.

Our salesman Stephan Hooper was an Awesome Outstanding Salesman at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington NC.  I recommend this very honest, knowledgeable young man with outstanding communication and proper human relation skills to any and everyone seeking to purchase or lease an automobile.  Stephen is straight forward with a kind mannerism, Very social and has excellent time management skills as well.  I am the type of person that if I had to tell a lie I would just keep my mouth shut...Stephen Hooper might be going but he honestly is a top of the line salesman.  He will display for you his total interest for his customer satisfaction.  Thank you much much Jeff Gordon for having such a great salesman as Stephen Hooper is and I hope most if not all your salesmen are as Superior as him. I feel quite sure most of your folks are Awesome.   I still want a jacket....yes yes!!

James Chirico is the nicest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with.  Kind, courteous and most importantly, NOT PUSHY.  Nothing about his words or demeanor came off as truly trying to "sell" me.  Of course he gave the specs and was eager to find out information for us as we asked our questions. All important of course. He was knowledgable and made sure we had all the info we wanted. But he didn't talk himself up or the vehicle in order to make a sale. There was no bragging or boasting, of himself OR the company. He was truthful, patient and real. I can't tell you how many pushy salesmen I have met in my life.  To give you an example, this is the first time I walked onto a car lot and bought a vehicle the same day. That is how comfortable I was with James and the process. I was never overwhelmed and I felt like I mattered, my preferences mattered, and my limits and needs mattered. Give this guy a raise, a bonus, an extra commission or whatever. He is vital to your dealership. Never doubt the power of kindness and being down to earth.  People just want to be taken care of and heard.  And James knows how to do that. Wonderful personality. Wonderful person. Thank you James and thank you Hendrick dealership for a wonderful new Chevy Express! :)
