The most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I was dealing with a gentlemen named Vic, he was helpful and does not pressure you, I also met another gentlemen named Mike who handled all the final paper work, these two guys are great to deal with. The friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, love my CTS, and I would recommend them to any one, I will always buy from Rippy.

Vic and the entire team were fantastic. I explained my challenges to Mr. Markie and he put me at ease, and explained my options without the “car salesmen “ attitude and pressure. Without the team from Rippy, I would not be in a car today. Supporting local business is important to me and Rippy is known for giving back to the community.

Our SRX had a transmission issue while we were on vacation. We had to rent a car to get home and after almost a month were told the car was fixed. On the way back home the check engine light came on again. Our local Cadillac dealer had to do extensive work to fix the transmission correctly.

We considered a wide range of Cadillac dealers in searching for our 2017 Escalade.  Rippy Cadillac was our preference as it was highly recommended by neighbors in Ocean Isle Beach.  Still, we were interested in the best deal.  Rippy and Ben Howell went all out to present the ideal vehicle and a very competitive deal.  Ben was creative and resourceful in responding rapidly with a terrific offering.  Kyle Malkin put the finishing touches on it to get the deal done.  We were very pleased with the professionalism and courteous attention we received.  They were a pleasure to deal with and the purchase process was extremely efficient.  We highly recommend Rippy and these gentlemen.  We will be back.
