James made my car buying experience very pleasant and I feel like I have made a new friend.  Very mild mannered and professional, he has a way of connecting with people that make him a natural in a customer facing business like auto sales.  James and his sales manager worked with me on my trade in price and it was not great, but I believe fair.   James told me just before I drove away that I can contact him at any time with questions or concerns, and I believe he truly meant it.   Rochester Mazda gets it, treat people right and they will be back.  Good work!

I had my oil changed here and I’m SO impressed! 100% going back. 
Usually I dread doing any kind of car work because it usually ends up being a defeating and annoying ordeal when you’re female and cars are not your thing. But this was different. 
😍
First, I was greeted at the door by a smiling face, asked my name, and taken to the appropriate place for my appointment. Here, I was again welcomed and greeted by name. He confirmed what I wanted to do and smiled and told me “ok, we’ve got you covered!” and invited me into a quiet and cozy sitting area while I waited. There was a sweet fireplace, lots of comfy seats, refreshments, 2 TVs, magazines, and super nice clean restrooms! At this point I was certain this is where royalty gets car maintenance done. :)

When my car was ready, I was given an update on how everything went and was thanked for my time. And the best part was his tone was caring and honest! I’ll be back for future work!!👏🏻😊

I had a great experience buying a car from Rochester Mazda. I worked with James and he was great. I didn’t feel pressured at all, he answered all my questions, and was very honest and easy to talk to. It was it was a very easy process because they took care of everything very smoothly. I love my new Mazda, and am glad I had my first dealer buying experience with them.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I never once felt pressured to get a vehicle, and they didn’t bombarded me with information I didn’t care about just to try to suck me in/sell me a vehicle. They answered every question that I had with honesty, and if they didn’t know, they found out for me. They made the process so easy and absolutely everyone was so friendly and helpful. The great teamwork was palpable, with everyone working together seamlessly and it really felt like everyone enjoyed their job. They don’t make commission based off of their sales at this dealership and I am amazed by how much of a positive difference it made in my experience here, versus my experiences at other dealerships where they do make commission. I have absolutely no complaints, I would definitely work with them in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle who wants a truly pleasant experience, with supportive/helpful sales people instead of the relentless/overly nagging sales people.

I have been a customer at Rochester Mazda several times this past year for regular maintenance, repairs, and the fantastic  detailing. Everyone  there were was very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They were accurate, fast and reasonably priced priced.I will continue to take my GMC truck to Rochester Mazda for any and all my auto needs.                    Thanks Mazda      Pat H
