This is my first experience working with Rochester Collision Center, and if I could rate it with 10 stars, I would, without hesitation! Nick Osborne and Michelle are the "Go To" folks to take care of your "Moment of Peril". I felt welcomed, as they professionally estimated my truck in a timely manner. They even offered to set up a loaner car, as an option. In less than a week, I had my truck back, clean and looking like new again! I hope I wont be needing their services in the future, unfortunately, accidents are a grim reality. If it is the case in your situation, please see the friendly faces at Rochester Collision Center. I'm confident they will turn your "Moment of Peril" into a "Minor inconvenience"

Not sure where to start on this review! Brought my car into the collision center after a collision in February. They got my car in on time, were good at staying in contact throughout the repairs process. However, last Tuesday I was called and told that my car was ready for pickup. Left work early to get there before they closed. As I am getting on 52, all I can hear while driving is this horrendous vibration in the tires. Had to take it back 2 days later to get wheel bearings fixed, which should have been done when the wheels were replaced. If someone had indeed drove it after the alignment this would have been heard and I wouldn't have wasted time off to drive to Rochester to pick it up. Friday I get a call to pick it up again, and noticed that the hood was not closing correctly and there was a dent between the front end and hood. A guy came out of the shop and tried telling me this is how it fits on fusions! I couldn't believe it, like seriously? Not to mention there is specs of glitter ALL over my windshield from the paint which is very distracting when i drive and it won't come off. Now it has to go back to the shop AGAIN for the 3rd time in a week!! Very disappointed with all of this. Travis the manager did call me and was awesome!! He made things right! I have also noticed when you don't give a good review the owner doesn't give feedback, only for the ones who give good ratings. To me that's poor customer services.

Originally, I had a great experience at Rochester Collision Center. They were timely, and so awesome in their service with my first repair. However, in coming in for my second repair, I was a little disappointed with how things were handled. I was originally told the repair would take 3 days and then I didn't get my car back until a week after I brought it in. There was no communication regarding timeline, so I was kind of left in the dark regarding as to when I could expect the repair to be done. The people were very nice, I just wish the lines of communication had been more open, especially because I had told them I needed the car back by a certain date for travel purposes, and I was the one continuously calling them asking as to when the repair would be completed. When I was given times of expected completion, I was told they would call. When I didn't receive those calls, and target times weren't met, I was never informed by the staff. I was left to call & figure out what was happening myself.

Very helpful and worked with our insurance to get us a rental vehicle. The staff was so sweet to my son and even gave him a little toy car which I thought was super sweet.

I took my Truck in for a estimate, it was good, they then schedule my repair, 3 weeks later... so i waited until my scheduled appointment. Took my Truck in for the repair in which they had written up the estimate for, they said 3 -4 days plus the weekend. I the understand that they are busy so i made arrangements. No rental car or options were offered by them. It is now DAY 14 without my vehicle, just got off the phone with them and they said what they said yesterday, that it should be done tomorrow. I guess I will see, I hope the manager actually calls me back tomorrow, I need my vehicle. I do know this that i will never go back, I most likely will never buy another vehicle from rochester ford dealership that they are a part of. Good Luck to anyone else that takes anything there.
