Michelle Johnson was wonderful to work with! Very responsive to our schedule and very helpful. She even drove almost an hour in to work, on her day off, to accommodate our schedule. Now that is customer service! We went from "just looking" to buying in the span of 1 day. She gave me her cell phone number and we were talking about it even on Sunday (again, her day off). Fantastic experience at Ford the whole way round.

Buying a new car was a breeze at Rochester Ford. Thanks to Tom Richard, our salesperson, we found a great vehicle for our needs. We previewed the vehicles on the website first to get educated about price and options. The upfront policy on pricing took the stress out of negotiating for a fair price. Also the gentleman who helped with financing was thorough and explained clearly our options on all the fees and optional warranties. I would recommend Rochester Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I bought a Ford Edge from Salesman Tom Richards this summer. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I would see him again when I need another vehicle. When I was missing a floor mat on the 2016 model I bought he ordered 4 new weather tech floor mats for me. It also had some water spots on the hood that didn't polish out when I picked it up so he had me come back to have it rebuffed. The spots came out and the hood looked great. Thank you Tom for the extra effort you put through to make a happy customer. Cindy H.

Ron Peck set me up and out the door with my new/used car, he knew what I was looking for when we sat down and chatted. It was, by far, the easiest and best car buying experience I've have ever done. We had a great experience with all of the staff at Rochester Ford on our purchase of our new F150.. From Mike, Scott, Paul & Michael.. they made it as easy as one can imagine. Absolutely supportive & informative with NO pressure at all. We will certainly recommend them to anyone.
