We first arrived, and weren't greeted by anyone or directed in by anyone. We stood by our car for a minute or two until someone helped us. (I understand they may be busy, but customers should be priority number 1.) 

Secondly, we were 15 minutes early, and it still took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. (This seems to be the norm for Brookdale Chevy. Maybe get more than 1 guy on a vehicle or something? Definitely seems a bit long for the service.)

Lastly, they washed it and air dried it for maybe 1 minute? There were water spots ALL over the car. I'm not sure if they don't have a fan dryer, but that may be an investment worth while. I now have to rewash my car to get rid of the water spots.

Lance Gunderson and the entire staff were GREAT! to work with.  They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely professional in all of our dealings with them.  I highly recommend this dealership

This review is in regards to theft of personal belongings, while bringing in truck for recall work. As a conceal carry permit holder, my pistol was missing after the visit.
I went out hunting the day before the appointment, and forgot to take out the handgun from the glove compartment.  I remembered this a few hours prior to picking up the truck.  Stomach dropped, but thought maybe there wouldn't be a problem since they are a professional company...  Wrong...
Recall was to work on the air bags, so the glove compartment had to be opened. 
I've brought it to the management's attention, and they were helping at first.  Said that they would look into and get back to me.  That was 2 weeks ago.  None of my messages are being returned at this point.
The gun has been reported stolen to the police department.
Very disappointed as I bought a $45k truck from them, as well as referring direct family members to the Luther dealership chain for the past 10 years.   Hard to get over as I have extended warranty, but do not trust bringing it in.  Will look into cancelling and maybe see if another dealer can offer and extended warranty.

*Update- Called James Jones as requested below.  Although he seemed concerned, he could not help because he was located in North Dakota.  Another letdown.
