I had an awesome experience at Luther Mazda. Not only was Ashlee (my sales person) knowledgeable, she was prompt, polite, and accommodating.  I'm very pleased with Luther and would and will recommend this dealership over the other Mazda option locally.

Thanks to this dealership taking advantage of my mother she now has 2 auto loans totaling over $600 a month on a low fixed income. They don't think about anyone but themselves. They clearly didn't think about the lending partners that are almost certainly going to take a loss on the two vehicles when they have to come get them and they clearly didn't think about the financial devastation that is awaiting my elderly mother when she cant afford to make the payments. I am a loyal Luther customer of other manufacturers but this could change all that.

Went for service. Very friendly and professional! They had a system issue causing my car's part to be delayed in shipping but as soon as they knew they called to let me know. Excellent customer service and I will return again.

Had a airbag light that I had taken to a different dealership and a standard mechanic.  The other dealership told me it was going to be over $2,000.  The local mechanic wouldn't event take a look.  Luther Brookdale took a look and fixed the problem for $80.  Incredibly great service, incredibly smart and talented staff.  I had already bought the parts and told them what i thought was wrong so they could have just done the original job for over a grand, but they took the time to double check and saved me a huge amount of money.  Couldn't recommend more, going to come back for everything from now on.  Scott Jones was a wealth of knowledge.
