Had to replace my tires on a 2014 Kia Sedona (purchased new at Kia Bloomington) with a 4.5 on wheels after mileage of 25K.  Could not rotate tires because the front and back were the same 4.5.  A week before that Kia Bloomington gave my van a total paper rating of normal and a 7.5 rating on the tires after a recall I had to do (not on tires).  (My new tires I purchased at Goodyear in Burnsville - a trusted provider).

Another Great Experience at Luther Family Ford in Fargo ND.  Brad and his team always do a great job to ensure that everything is taken care of and I am informed of what services were performed.

Today I received an intrusive unsolicited screaming VM from a Luther KIA dealership.
 I do not own a Kia, never have in the past, and have never been interested in one, especially from a Luther dealership because of their marketing programs.
 If I were interested in a Kia and or any other car brand represented by a Luther dealership, I would be more inclined to vote for Trump as opposed to obtaining a vehicle from this group.

I bought a 2006 Mazda 3 Hatchback, one of my favorite cars ever since I was a teenager, here at Brookdale Luther. The saleswoman, Jill was nothing but honest and forthright, and I enjoyed my shopping and buying experience here, and the car is awesome.

However. A month and a half after I bought the car, the engine mysteriously destroyed itself from the inside-out, having eaten all of it's oil with no warning light; despite the oil change and full service check at Luther before purchase. Their check was thorough and maintenance well-done, so I cannot fault them for that, as after this tragic event they agreed to pay half of the cost to replace the engine with a new re-manufactured engine, even though their 30-day warranty had just barely expired when it happened.

I appreciate their backing of their product and service.

the We Buy program is just another car dealer scam to get your info to hound you relentlessly to buy a car.  Don't believe the commercials, sure they MAY buy from you if you aren't buying a car, but they want every speck of info on you first and then offer you basically the price a scrap yard would pay.  It's not enough to have the title in your name and verify with your drivers license, they want to enter ALL the info on your license into their system before they will even discuss it with you.  Very unsatisfied with the treatment and process as well at the IGH location. The receptionist was pleasant but it ended there. I can't think of much that would get me to visit a Luther location again.
