Who Hugs Their Car Dealer?

I was so happy with my experience at Mitchell Selig Ford that I spontaneously hugged my dealer!  Rodney was polite, informative, patient with my questions, listened intently, gave equal eye contact to my husband and me, followed through on my request and found my perfect car.... something no other dealership in the area could do. Rodney's genuine desire to find me the right car at the right price felt refreshingly different than the "game" feel of other dealers. In addition, Rodney was in close contact throughout the process thus, alleviating any/all stress.  The professional and courteous contact with Anthony, Mark and Frankie rounded out an excellent experience. I could not be happier with my interaction at Mitchell Selig Ford and will be a long time customer.

Had a great experience at Mitchell Selig Ford !!!  Anthony and Don ( my salesman ) did whatever they had to do to make my car purchase as easy as possible.  I would recommend this dealer if you want simple, no pressure car buying.  Good job guys !!!!!

Mitchell Selig Ford and salesman Dante Walters.
I purchased my new Ford at Mitchell Ford in Windsor Connecticut.  I couldn't be more pleased with the process of purchasing my new Ford Taurus.  The salesman, Dante Walters was very helpful in my decision to purchase my Taurus.  He was well versed in answering my questions relative to the features of the vehicle.  He made me feel comfortable and I trusted his recommendations.  I've owned many a car and have visited many car dealerships.  I trust Mitchell Ford and will purchase my next vehicle there also.  I highly recommend this dealership.

I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else. My salesman don was awesome. Made me feel like I mattered as a person and helped me get the right car. Tony and the other gentleman that helped me with the paperwork I cannot recall his name right now were so nice and helpful. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience at Mitchell Selig Ford on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield Connecticut. From the minute we got there the salesman greeted us with a smile and was very excited to work with us . We had a particular car ,particular color and a particular price range that we needed to stick with and we had a million questions. We don't buy cars often we wanted to make the right decision Rodney our sales rep was awesome . He kept in contact with us all along the way and was even reachable on his days off . He was  knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The paperwork was easy the whole process was wonderful.  The best part is we now have a brand-new car that we are very happy with. Thank you Selig Ford!
