Every meal was outstanding! From breakfast to dinner, Fielding’s didn’t disappoint. For breakfast, my favorite was the avocado toast. Although all the menu items look amazing, for dinner, I recommend starting with the potato croquets. So good! The wedge salad & ribeye were also very good. And kudos to the hard working & friendly staff!

Favorite breakfast place in Bozeman!! Sydney is the best bartender. The food is fresh and high quality. Thick cut bacon, fresh avocado, and the burrito is massive!!!!!  The cocktails are all made from scratch. This is the only place I found that has espresso martinis. Bottomless mimosas for $15 with high quality brut.  Open 7-10:30am everyday. Alcohol served after 8am. You do not have to be a guest at the hotel to dine here.

Another classy restaurant with a varied cuisine and fun cocktails and beers. Don’t miss out on this spunky & lively place.

Our second meal here was equally delicious but the service this time was beyond exceptional. Jade was lovely- very attentive and incredibly friendly. Really genuinely seemed to care about our experience. I would go back just to sit at her table. Thanks, Jade! We appreciate you!

I really wanted to rate this higher! If you don’t plan on having multiple courses, you will still leave hungry and still be out a hundred bucks. The place is so cute! But we felt written off by service for only getting beer and entrees. If you are from out of state this might fit your vibe. But for $35 off of their “spring” menu in September, I’d expect more than a piece of meatloaf, some peas, and mashed potatoes that were a little less than warm. I hope to come back and retry it, though!!

If you like overpaying for poorly cooked food pretending to be fancy, go here! We wanted Fieldings to be good since we LOVE staying in the hotel, but had a stomach ache both times we tried eating breakfast here. The service is waning, and the breakfast pretends to be fresh, and fancy, yet is overly complex and prepped with lots of compromising shortcuts like deep frying everything from bacon to mushrooms to brussels, slopping a goopy blend of mystery avo mash on everything, and topping it all with loads of onion.  Please simplify and offer us pleasant dishes to kick start our day. Atmosphere is lovely.

This is the place to eat in Bozeman. Everything on the menu is great. I can say that from experience. I ate breakfast and dinner there 5 days in a row. The staff is amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. Save room for dessert and make sure to try a cocktail. They feature products from local producers so that’s an added plus.

This place service and food is not aligned with the price they charge. Overall service was subpar with Bozeman standard and from order to food arrival was 1 hr 15 minutes. Some of the food was good but some dishes were very dry and lacked salt and basic seasoning. We had multiple people arrive next to us after we placed our order and they received their meals well before us. When we asked the waitress she just kept saying there still firing your meal. Many other places to choose from in Bozeman the is well worth their amount of $$$$.

Each time the server checked in “how were drinks, meal, dessert,” our same honest reactive answer was “It’s fantastic.” Its so refreshing to have a brand new restaurant like this open, and the chefs clearly put a lot of pre-development time, aiming for a spot-on elegant menu.

Delicious, nutritious and filling!  Beautiful cappuccinos.
