Great shopping experience. They carry a lot of brands, not only those universally known luxury brands but also niche brands hardly seen elsewhere. Sometimes this makes it a have-to to visit Barney's if one's been following some not so mainstream designers. The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, meanwhile not being too enthusiastic so you can appreciate your favorite garments with full attention. Given all these merits the magnificent department store owns, let alone its golden location, I don't think I'll need Barney's app anymore. The online shopping experience at Barney's IMO is something they can and should improve.

Reviews are true. This is THE place to go especially when they have sales. They also have an amazing collection of Louboutin shoes here. I’ve found numerous pairs over the years here that I’ve been unable to find anywhere else. Online shopping is also easy. I’ve never experienced poor service. I’m sure it can happen as with any store but I’ve never had less than a five star experience here. Sales associates are nice and most will text you to let you know new items that are coming in and things you might like.

When shopping for perfume, I always prefer a boutique than department store, and this place confirmed my superstition. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable in what’s they’re selling, DON’T GO, find a boutique store!

Very gorgeous place with lots of luxe brands for men, women, and children. Definitely worth checking out. The majority of staff was nice and inviting, however was ignored by a few seemingly based on age and current attire.

Manager Was extremely rude. Refused a exchange for a larger size for my grandson a day later. I spent over $200. One shirt was $135. My grandson had the receipt with him. Will never shop there again. Unprofessional 😡😡
