Kind of disappointing... I found a better selection and better prices on clothes and shoes at Burlington (surprisingly). Great if you are looking for lingerie or perfume though

Hi, I'm extremely frustrated with my experience at Nordstrom Salt Lake City (city creek) yesterday. I was in the store choosing clothes to try on and when I went to try them on the employee told me that I couldn't because the store was starting to close. It was exactly 9:25. I have never seen something like that happen before, a complete disregard to the customer and the Nordstrom brand. Normally, store personnel wait until the costumers in the store finish their purchases and gives great service before closing down and kicking customers out. I'm certain poor customer service is not something the Nordstrom brand wishes to be affiliated with, especially with its proven track record and my previous experiences. Unfortunately, I've been left with even less desire to return to Nordstrom and purchase from retail locations.

The staff helped me find the particular pair of pants I needed. Very good fit, my wife agrees It makes me look like a celebrity, will always come back!!!!!!! Love this store!!

Love Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack usually. Haven't had the best customer service at the Orem location unfortunately. I went to return some items and I didn't have my receipt which usually isn't a problem. They can look you up with ID. They told me for some reason they're system wasn't able to track down my nordstrom card purchase and that there was nothing they could do to put the money back into my account. I would normally understand but this is the 3rd time in the last 6 months this had happened to me at this Nordstrom rack. It's defiantly my bad for not keeping my receipt but Nordstrom policy is that they can look you up and easily return without a paper receipt. I called Nordstrom customer service very frustrated. They basically apologized for them and assured me that they can reach out to credit services and can easily resolve the matter. What a hassle and sadly makes me cringe at the idea of going back.

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews (ever) but I had to say something this time. I'm a frequent shopper at this Nordstrom Rack and honestly love it. The costumer service is great!... except for one employee in particular. I got her name: "Sierra." (Short little thing, long blonde hair) I hate to be this person but I've encountered this employee a few times now and not once have I had a pleasant experience with her. She has an overall indifferent, and sometimes almost snotty, attitude. I'll be in the fitting room looking for someone to hand my reject items to and she'll be sitting in that little back area on her cell phone. If I try to hand her the items she'll slump over to me like I'm her mother asking her to do a chore. If I ask for help she won't so much as look at me and I've heard her talk poorly about me to her fellow co-workers while I'm trying on clothes because I asked a simple question. Your employee Sierra has left me feeling insecure and uncomfortable and like a burden. I really do love this place but try to avoid it now on the off chance I'll encounter her again. Please let me know if anyone saw this and read this. I just needed to say something because of how poorly I've felt coming to Nordstrom Rack because of this one employee.
