I loved coming to this Kohl's! I used to come to Kohl's all the time when I was in High School, but I haven't gone back too much in the last few years. I came to buy new shoes and I found a great pair of shoes with everything that I was looking for! And while I was there I was helped by an amazing employee named Rebecca! I love this lady! She was very helpful, kind and patient. Great job!

Great bra selection! Staff always willing to give a discount if you use your Kohl's card.  Nice kids' dress clothes and shoes.  Can shop for entire family here. Nice low stress atmosphere.  Quality kids' books near check out.

Kohl's Orem has made sure they are well staffed for the holidays which is good. However, the employees on the floor don't have a lot of information on them. The checkers have been very nice and helpful. They are were very helpful when I had questions about finding a certain product. I wish their selection of boys clothes was better but their men's selection is good. Always plenty of women's and girls. Toy department is also better than it has been in the past.

A lot of their items either have flaws or sizes are marked wrong sometimes. Bought two pair of the same jeans. Same style same marked sizes same everything. Great return policy tho and pretty comparable pricing. 

4 stars just because their pricing is almost set up to where you can only afford sale items. Either it's not on sale and it's way more expensive than their competitors, or it is on sale and it's cheaper. No middle ground on a lot of things.

Kohl's is a quality and upscale department store with reasonable prices for quality, brand name items. Kohl's associates are friendly and helpful, and when you spend a certain amount of money, you can get Kohl's cash back and gift reward incentives. Some of the preferred brands are Nike, adidas, puma, and under armour. Sales are competitive and reasonable. Kohl's is an awesome place to visit and shop for great deals.
