They always have a good selection here from different brands you are eprobanly familiar with, and others you may not be, at discounted prices. Sometimes the quality is not the best, but for a cheaper price it is usually worth

I love Ross, I love that the clothes there for me and they're cute! I'm plus sized so it's hard for me to find anything cute, or of course that also fits, but Ross has plus sized clothing that makes me feel and look thinner, cute, and very flattering :) I especially LOVE when I find things on clearance that are a great price. So not only are the items nicely low priced, it's even better when it's on clearance. I wish there was more of a selection though for men's shoes size 12, there are tons of 10's, 11's and even 13's but hardly any 12 mens shoes.

This place is one of my favorite places to shop. Consistently there are great deals there and they get new inventory in every week. It's where I get all of my knives because buying I set at the store can run you a few hundred dollars if you just buy the knives that you need here you'd be saving hundreds of dollars. Every now and again you'll find high-end name brand clothing here too. Recently I was able to purchase a $400 snowboarding jacket for $70. One of the best purchases I've ever made here. These are just a few examples. They have a wide variety of inventory. You're a bargain shopper you already know about this place most likely but if you're not acquainted with Ross I would highly recommend visiting.

I love what I can find here.  I always leave with a cute outfit at a really good price. It can get very busy, though.  And I've had a negative experience with the dressing room attendant.  But on the whole,  the cheap prices are worth it.

This is probably the worst ross that I have EVER been to. The staff and management simply have terrible customer service. They were not even professional. I would have given this place 0 stars if I could have. Do not go into this store unless you want to be treated like cattle. 

I understand completely that they have their policies that they have to follow. That doesn't mean that they have to be rude and ignore me completely. Because of this negative experience I will never go into a Ross again.
