Great store. Staff is usually pretty helpful and   willing. Returns are easy. Love that they have cheap sandals for the summer. The store has children's clothing. Gave it 4 stars because the clothing doesn't last long. Thread comes undone on a lot of seams.

This Old Navy is great!!! Their staff is so helpful and they took such great care of my husband and I while we were shopping. The sales associate that was helping us checked us out on her phone so we didn't need to wait in the super long line! It was awesome!

You can never find help on the sales floor here. And the place is such a mess, just look at the photos that I uploaded. Clothes are just everywhere on the floor. Those are the clothes they're selling too. I realize they're busy, and it's customers who usually throw them on the floor, and the unsupervised children running around like maniacs... But staff adequately to keep the place decent. Nothing like getting home and finding a shoe print on a shirt you just bought. Prices are okay, if you watch for the sales... Otherwise they are way inflated.

I’m a big fan of Old Navy. I feel like they have a great selection for all ages and the prices are reasonable especially if you shop during the times they have sales. They just remodeled the whole store and it looks fabulous.

So many sales around Christmas that I can get a lot of clothes for good prices. Lots of sales associates make check out fast. I was pleased.
