The staff is incredibly helpful, particularly when we had an unusually difficult electronic scenario to understand. There are enough are enough staff members to serve the customers in need of assistance The technology is always state-of-the-art It is always clean, including the bathrooms. I have taken my friendly 30-lb dog, on his leash of course, in there many times without problems. The variety of products is abundant. The checkout lines moved quickly each time ive been in them Its a great store for customer service, which is rare to find

We recently went to Best Buy to look at a bigger 4K television for our living room. With all the selections and brands they had to offer choice became confusing. Along came our associate, Jason. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right TV for us. With his help we were able to walkout with a new 60” LG 4K TV and love it and it’s features.

I am happy with the store associates, and the credit department. I was treated with respect and courteousness. Kyle was knowledgeable and efficient. I went for a faster laptop, with comparable features, and he was right on top of it! Thanks!! I had to bring my new laptop for repair! Two to three weeks!!???😱

Best Buy is the only place to go if you are serious about the electronics you want to purchase. There are many sales staff that are very knowledgeable about their products. For me, the store is very large and overwhelming. I never go here by myself but my husband researches all of his electronic needs very thoroughly and spends a lot of time in the store. But he's a geek so.

This place has all the most current electronic gizmos you need, with knowledgeable staff to guide you and great hands-on displays. Prices are middle of the road. You can shop for bargain items elsewhere but no one will have their breadth and depth of selection.
