My boyfriend and I had an issue with our custom built PC overheating. After visiting Geek Squad and other computer repair business, I'm able to say this shop is the best in town. The prices are great and the work is warranted. The customer service is also excellent. It's nice to have your name remembered, and even better when they remember your schedule. We were able to drop off our PC without having to make an appointment. Every part of the PC was checked for errors, and I was called and kept updated throughout the repair process. After getting a new fan and power supply, our computer now runs great. They were even nice enough to carry it to my car! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone seeking a repair or interested in buying a computer or computer accessories. I definitely will be returning here for all of my computer related needs.

Had some trouble with windows 10 program and windows defender. Robin and Jacob got me going by phone hook up with them. Great job and many thanks guys. Glad to have your team as part of my computer life. Thanks again, Robert Mitchell

First, I called over a keyboard issue on my laptop! The guy told me to bring it in and he'll take a look at it and tell me what's wrong with it at no charge! Well I bring it in and the younger guy wads at the counter and told me he needs to run a $65 diagnostic to make sure it's really the keyboard or a possible virus, so I agreed even though I knew there was no virus but just to make sure my laptop was performing at the right performance.
Well 2 days later the guy calls me and tells me it's my keyboard and it's fried, and replace it- it'd be $150 + tax.....he also recommended I could get an external keyboard and mouse and my computer would perform fine. So I picked it up, paid my $65 and ordered a keyboard/mouse set online. I get it a few days and check out my laptop. I turn it on and click an icon and the computer starts wigging out and all the icons are blinking crazy. I immediately called and Mike answers. He told me I could have a virus (what did I just pay $65 for?) Or he could charge me another $30 to unhook the wire to the keyboard. Well you had my laptop apart in the first place- you knew this could be an issue. It's just a way for them to make more money on females that don't know what they are doing.
I'm not an idiot and it's just a way for them to keep making money by DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Not to mention when I first walked in with my LEGAL SERVICE DOG, he tried telling me to remove my service dog bc his cat that is FREE ROAMING and is known to ATTACK will attack my dog and he was worried my dog will attack back. I kept trying to say my service dog will not attack your cat but he kept going on. I should of known to take my business elsewhere when this happened but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They are not friendly and actually pretty rude and speak to you like you are unintelligent! I pretty much wasted $65 for nothing! 
Oh but you'll tell me to bring it back so they could look at it and charge me more money! No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere where they are friendly and are accepting of service dogs! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
