This is a wonderful place!  All the staff treat you with care and respect.  I never feel rushed or pressured.  I am free to look around and ask questions.  They listen to me, give good advice and go above and beyond in customer service. Our dog Kenzie loves to come to the shop.

One of my favorite companies in Madison. I've been to all three locations multiple times over the years, and they always have what I'm looking for. The staff is always super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I honestly trust some of the staff more on cat health advice/suggestions that vets I've seen in the past (my current vet is great, but I had a not-so-great one in the past). The selection at Madcat is phenomenal. They carry all of the best brands of food out there, as well as a great selection of toys. When I found out that "Taco Cat Creations", the local company that makes those really cool cat bow ties and cat nip supplies, was started by a Madcat staff person, it made me love you all even more. I've met all 3 owners over the years too as they work between locations and always seem to be on top of things. I feel like I could write a short story about how awesome this company is, so I'll stop here to not bore anyone reading this. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for everything you do!

MadCat always has a cat who is available for adoption; we love meeting and playing with them. They are a wonderful local pet supply store specializing in cats and dogs. The employees are friendly and helpful.
MadCat has an excellent selection of healthier and natural pet foods and treats. We buy our clumping cat litter there, as it is the best priced in all of Madison and refillable. They also have a vast selection of pet toys, health needs, and various other supplies, which is great for people who like to treat their pets. 
We took my parents' dog in once, and he was in heaven! He was so excited to be able to pick out a new ball, and got lots of love from the staff.
Best pet supply store around, no question.

I always walk by the location on Willy street with my dogs. They love going inside, as the staff gives them treats. They are all super nice. I buy my dogs' food here too, and they always say if the dogs don't like it, I can bring it back.
