Lots of good treats especially with dogs with allergies.   They make their own treats with limited ingredients.   Little pricy but you expect that from a specialty place.  But overall a good value!

Very friendly and nice "neighborhood store" vs a chain feeling.
All the girls go out of their way to help me with my questions regarding trying to get a good food for my pet. They gladly took my return of some food my cat said no too and gave me credit for other food my cat loved. The newer Middleton location is super convenient for me.
I love seeing all the animals coming out to greet their owners. I myself having worked for a dog groomer who was not nice to animals can tell that the animals LOVE coming here! 
All the employees have their won pets in the store which is super awesome and all that I have met have been rescued! Love this store !

We are so happy that we found Tabby & Jacks so many years ago on Struck Street.  We were those loving parents that thought feeding the stuff that had cute advertising on TV was suppose to be "good dog food".  You know the one, the cute puppy runs and plays, you smile and get a warm fuzzy feeling.  Little did we know until we met Michelle at Tabby & Jacks that the food is awful for your pet.  We learned so much from her about nutrition, holistic and organic foods and all around good pet care.  The prices are very fair, toys are the absolute best and the entire staff can't be beat.  When the two other stores opened we made sure to visit them both and found everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. The employees have been well trained to help advise and they treat us like a "friend".  We wouldn't trust our pets with any other staff or any other pet store..

I take my golden retriever here for grooming and I have always loved the outcome. He is always so excited to see the groomers here, such a welcoming environment for him!
