Nice pet store with something for almost all animals.  I wish they had a better line of bird cages.  One on display even had a broken wire - if someone were to purchase that, it could injure an animal.  Good customer service.

I have always had such a pleasant experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and the aisles are beautifully stocked. It’s great having a membership card as well. Today I took my dog to the self serve dog wash and found that it was clean and had great tools to use. Plus it’s $5 for $25 which is a great deal. This is my #1 choice to shop when it comes to pet needs in the area. Highly recommend!

Great selection of cat foods, and frequent sales or coupons if you join their free rewards program. The staff are always friendly and sincere. They host adoptable cats from local rescues, and seem to have a good selection of fish and other small pets.

I hate to give a bad review but I just did not have a good first experience. I was really excited for the opening and was hoping to be a regular customer since they offered a membership card but as soon as we walked in, the employees looked mad and were not helpful. It wasn't until we were walking to check out did they ask if we needed help. The girl checking us out was quiet and again, looked pissed about something. I asked her about the membership and she gave me all short and quick answers. So we opt out for the card. 

Honestly this place has a lot of great potential. It's clean, looks great, nice location, lots of selections and has a grooming station for dogs. But I think I’ll stick to Mounds. 

Update (01/2018): We came back to give it another try after seeing all these great customer service reviews. Needless to say, it sucked. Again. The same rude girl we encounter the first time is still working there sulking all around the store eyeballing us the whole time. The store itself is OK. Sucks that they can’t get the customer service up to par.

Great,friendly staff,good prices. I've used the self wash station for my dog as well as their groomer and both are good.
