We were set on buying a car, but our sales guy, John was very misleading. First he lied about my husband's credit score, we checked it and it was over 70 points higher than what he told us. He originally told us that we could buy a Tucson with under $300 payments, and then did not deliver and tried to turn it around on us with the false info. When I asked to talk about the pre-owned inventory, he wouldn't even entertain it. I've been buying cars for a long time  and this was the worse experience yet. He wouldn't even bring the car over we wanted to test drive. He brought one over like it, just to tell us the price was wrong that we saw on the Hyundai website, but didn't even offer us to take that one for a drive. He is in the wrong business. Very bad experience and a total waste of our time. He could have easily sold a car to us with a little work and a better perspective.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Major Hyundai.  The amount of helpful and honest information I received from Rich at the dealership during the process of my vehicle purchase this summer was wonderful.  He went above and beyond to work with me and get me into the beautiful car I wanted.  
More recently; when I returned for an oil change I was met with the same welcoming hospitality and customer service I had experienced a few months prior from everyone.
100% recommend!

Nice people, good service, but salesmen try to talk you into buying cars and taking loans that are more than the car is worth. 5 free oil changes and free safety inspection for life with purchase of vehicle. Emissions are charged for.

My husband and I are in the market for a new car and I had went on major hyundais website to see what was available at what price points before we made the drive. Before viewing inventory they had made me fill out my info to make sure I wasn't a dealership. Since then Lauren has called me numerous times a day! And leaves numerous voicemails. The first missed call I had from her  I had intentions of calling back when I had the opportunity but the 5 phone calls a day really left a bad taste in my mouth and turned me off from working with them. Just now she called, left a voicemail, and called back not even 5 minutes later. One way to make people lose interest is calling them 5 times a day everyday! I finally picked up to ask her to stop calling me and she replied that I shouldn't have requested info. I said I didn't, your website just said to put in info to make sure i am not a dealership. If this is the case change "you are not a dealership" to "request information"
