Tonytestdrive is one of the most thorough test drives that I've ever had.  Tony explained every detail of my Compass to me as we took it for a spin around town.  The dealership didn't have the pearl white Compass that I wanted and searched far and wide for the exact car.  There were a couple of additions that I added to the car and the dealership's service department handled them flawlessly.  If you need a new Jeep, get to Sands and ask for Tony.  He's the best!

Tony Bittenbender was outstanding. Sands had as close to the car I was looking for, and the sales experience was top notch. He was extremely attentive to all my questions and concerns. He was able to answer my emails quickly, and made me comfortable with him before I even met him in person. Day of, we took the car for a Tony Test Drive. This was one of the more thorough test drives that I have been on through my entire buying experience. Many of the things that I like to check on a car were being presented to me by Tony instead of having the salesman cringe while agreeing to test the break system, handling, etc... This wasn't a ford dealership, but I walked away learning even more about the vehicle from the great staff at Sands.

The buying process at Sands was extremely fair and low pressure. They were willing to work their end on both financing and offer on trade to get down to my target payments. They also were very clear with warranty and available services in the car. This experience was well worth the drive!

Jim "James" McBreaty is an outstanding salesman. Not only did he encourage my fiance and I to come down to visit this Jeep that I was interested in, but he also stayed 2 hours late, and kept the doors open for us, and allowed us to take our time in purchasing our vehicle. There was not a moment where we felt any pressure, and he ensured that we received priority treatment, even though we came at such a late hour due to our distance. He helped us with every step of the buying process, and was able to get a us great deal on our trade in. At the end of the day, he personally ensured that we walked away in a great vehicle for a great price. Would definitely suggest using Sands! The entire team there is compassionate and welcoming. I personally will use them in the future!

Took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara for its first oil change. Called first and Service Advisor Bill told me there was no wait time, so come on in. Arrived and Joe, in Service wrote me up and my Jeep was taken in with minutes. A short time later the Jeep was finished and I was on my way in no time. I did not buy my Jeep at Sands, but rest assured I will be getting all of my Jeep oil changes, state inspection and other work taken care of by Sands. Bill and Joe were very gracious and professional. The wait area is large and comfortable. The place was clean and even check out was pleasant!!! Thanks, Sands!!!

If you're going to buy a car, go see Gerry Ward at Sands Auto Group. He made finding a new vehicle painless and exciting. There was no pressure and no question unanswered - and I ask a ton of questions. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and absolutely love our new Jeep. Thanks, Gerry!
