Excellent service. Absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever been too. Most of their vehicles even pre-owned! come with a unlimited mile, unlimited time Power train warranty. They even threw in a 3 years- 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. And I didn’t even ask for it. I will definitely go back and get another vehicle.

On Friday 2/16/2018 I went to the dealership to look at a used car I had seen online. I was walking around the car looking when a young man walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I recognized him immediately, Adam Mihalko, a former student of mine when he was in elementary school. After the initial pleasantries we got down to business. I told him I knew he was there, he had been recommended to me by another teacher who had bought cars from him. He talked to me about the used car, asked what I was looking for and then showed me a new car. I was sure that the new car was not in the budget, but he assured me he could get me a better deal. And a better deal was had. Adam guided me through the process, got me every rebate, incentive, and deal available, he even provided my daughter with a huge balloon in her favorite shade of pink! I am now driving a new car and loving it. Adam isn't the only shining STAR at STAR Car Buick of Easton, Ryan Anderson in the business office made the lease process easy and without stress. I highly recommend Star and this winning team when looking for a vehicle.

I have never been so impressed with a car dealership.. We went back to STAR because we really liked our salesman Marcos. Marcos is kind and considerate he listens to what you want and need. We were supposed to buy a 2018 Arcadia SLE but after they reported the car sold to GM I changed my mind causing Greg the sales manager ALOT of extra work. Together Greg and Marcos helped us get the Arcadia we wanted. I highly recommend Star to all my family and friends. Wendy

This is the best place to buy a vehicle. They make the experience so simple and the friendly staff has outstanding service. Simply the best would rate the number one dealer in town as I dealt with almost everyone.

DEALERSHIP My experience was very positive and would recommend dealership to my colleagues. The dealership had an exact match of what I was looking for: Make, Model, Engine & Trim Instead of making the experience longer than needed they were interested in making the experience as smooth as possible. They knew if there was an agreement in the Purchase & Trade, then I would be taking a day off work and traveling over 350 miles to complete the deal. Everything was arranged for trade/pickup and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. New vehicle was ready and an overview of features was done, but most importantly as I had another ~6 hours of travel to head back home, the paperwork was ready as well. GM From a GM employee perspective (25 years) I am a bit surprised the GMC branded vehicles (especially the Denali Trim I purchased) did not come with some complimentary service/inspections for at least a couple years. This would ensure the owner & GM know that there premier vehicles are being kept up per GM standards. It also would be good way for GM to detect issues prior to occurring to ensure its name brand is kept 'clean' Overall my initial impression of the vehicles engineering, quality and craftsmanship so far exceeds my expectations.
