This place changed owners about a month ago and already has fallen off! Terrible service!! Food tastes different. It's a damn shame because it was the best little pizza spot around.

Trying to figure out how we we're charged $27.73 for 1 large (16 inch) pizza with 3 toppings and 2 bottles of water.  Feel like we paid too much for an "okay" pizza.  No adult beverages available.  Doubt we will be back.

Just learned they are now Mama's Express.  45 minute delivery took hour and half.  Called to check on order - no apology.  None from delivery guy either.  Food was not hot.  Shame because we had long, positive track record with Giovanni's.

We previously rated this business highly, and frequented it for over 10 years: particularly when we had large groups of kids over.  

We found out this weekend that they've changed their deliver policy and don't serve us anymore, ok, odd since we generally have a good sized ticket, but not my business.  The problem was the staffs handing of telling us about it;  after quickly and rudely informing us when we called to order we "that they don't deliver over 7-10 miles out (which Ive now found out is actually 7) we were abruptly hung up on us without another word. 

A decade of business, good sized tickets, referrals, and this is the way we're treated?  I had to revise all of my reviews.  Unacceptable.

Go to a business that has staff that cares.  This was infuriating:  hanging up on a long term paying customer is not ok, particularly when that customer had a house full of hungry kids and adults.  $100 spent elsewhere, and I had to pick it up.

We will certainly miss the good delivery service and care you used to provide, Giovanni's.

Real Italian NY pizza.The new owner is a sweetheart and the service is excellent. So is the pizza!
