Great place to deal with, staff is real personably and helpful. Mark and Jennifer went out their way to help us when our car was backed into. 
You can tell they have a lot of experience in the business. They gave us great confidence that everything will be take care of.

Garbage. Instances where they didn't tell me the full amount owed, times when they couldn't explain why the price had gone up and when asked got a response of "um...because it did," or the girl at the front desk who changes about once a year and never has any competency beyond the level of a 5th grader laughs at you when you call them with an issue. You could say that this is just a guy bitching...well I've been apart of state farm for almost a decade, and I can promise you that they don't care about you at all. Car gets broken into? Vandalized on the inside? It's cool, call and make a claim! That's exactly what happened to me, and thats exactly what I did. Made a claim. Did they help? NOPE! Full coverage on a car from state farm means Nothing. How do I know? Because they aren't covering any of the damages.
