My car is insured here with Geico.
I filed a claim, and specialist told me that adjuster will come and inspect my car. I waited 2 weeks, nobody came and nobody told me anything. After that, I called and they said the claim is closed. And nobody notified me about that.
It is terrible. I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Do not go there. Other negative reviews seem to be true.

Got quotes from 5 places and Geico literally took under ten minutes and had the best rates. People were friendly but not overly hand holding if that's what you are looking for. In contrast some of our other estimates took over an hour and a half.

Extremely helpful always returned my call and save me a ton of cash. I had no problems connecting with an agent to receive a quote. They do ask a lot of questions but it’s to get a complete picture of your insurance needs. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Geigo is not worth it at all. They cancel ed my insurance without telling me. I called them up and got nowhere. Unless you have absolutely no other choice DO NOT GO with geigo. I even tried going in, in person but the person i spoke with kept saying i don't know and cant help you.

Geico is seriously lacking loyalty to their customers. Every single time I had an interaction with a representative I felt like my business was insignificant. The "customer service" I received was very frustrating, continuously having to escalate calls to speak with supervision and eventually management (currently on standby for a call back from a Manager that could take 72 hours)
