I'm originally from Colorado and have always took my car into the Mercedes Benz dealership there. But on my way to Albuquerque my car was having problems and the check engine light came on so I took my car here and had an amazing experience. The service was the best I've had from dropping it off to picking it up. Service was quick, organized, and professional. I would recommend the repair shop to anyone and would continue coming here for service if I didn't live in another state.

Mercedes of Albuquerque is always so good to us, my family has been buying cars from here for years. TJ the salesman I spoke to this weekend was the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with at MB Of Albuquerque. The experience we had was not the typical "test drive this car and see if you like it" it was so much more! He explained how to use all the special features in the car, he explainedthe different levels of how you could drive the car (eco-sport), he answered all our questions, he gave us more than just a few options and ideas, he was dressed very professional and was very kind (which is very important when wanting to buy a car). We did not feel pressured or felt like we were being pushed into a car we didn't want. We will do our business here just because of this experience we had over the weekend. We are so excited to work with TJ on getting not only my husbands car and my car,  but also my parents and siblings new cars. Thank you so much for this experience! We will be back.

Easy purchase experiences, knowledgeable sales staff. Service is mediocre, perhaps not well trained for high performance vehicles.

After waiting an hour and a half, I was told that the dealer did not have the parts needed to complete the work for which I had an appointment. The service advisor suggested I make another appointment for next week. This is a 100 mile round trip Drive for me. This is also the second time the dealer has been asked to perform the service and has failed to accomplish it. I will ask for a complimentary service on the next visit. And I will verify that the dealer has the parts before I make the drive again.
